[GAMEPLAY] Ward in bush next to raptors did not grant vision

In the last game that I played, I was playing as Leona and noticed that when I placed a ward in the bush by raptors it was not granting vision. I double checked to see if there was a control ward nearby but there was none and it also did not have the eye crossed out symbol when there is one near. I entered and left the bush a few times to make sure it was not granting vision. I had put it in the bush on the side next to the log at the very edge and the ward was from the eye of the equinox. Later when I put another ward in the same bush it did grant vision, although I did not place it in the exact same spot.
