[Crash] Black screen & Reconnect request

Ever since the new patch 6.9 I have been having issues with my game crashing after the champion load screen. Everything works fine until were in the load screen to get into the match. I AM SO SICK of having to leave my teammates because my game crashes and I cannot reconnect. I have checked EVERYTHING, the drivers, my graphics, my computer is updated, I've looked at other posts to see if anyone else had solutions. However none of them had any for my case. I really hope you guys can fix this, probably not, but I've become addicted and am gonna be super hulk-smash angry if I cannot play again because of this. I already have to face penalty for this and it's getting damn insane.

If anyone has suggestions I'm totally open. I doubt riot will answer but if any of you have fixed this issue please let me know what you did I really miss my game ):

same thing just happened to me in my promo's we won but I lost 18 lp and knocked out of my promos even though i spent a good solid 25 minutes trying everything to get back into the game, the one time i did I couldn't see any chat messages, pings, couldn't move items around to my preferred hot keys, couldn't see allied or enemy champs and it showed everyone as level one.

thins thing also happens to me. science patch 6.9 balance update i can not come into the game. i can come in to the champion select and pick a champion but when we are supposed to go into the game my screen just turned black. i have also checked everything and nothing helps. i really hope that riot will do something about this.

This also happened to me. I was in queue for Ascension, when the queue popped I clicked "join" and then I got a black screen and the clock icon for loading. Nothing ever loaded and I was booted from the lobby and given a leaver penalty.
