[GAMEPLAY] Jinx's E interaction with Blade Weaving

As a Jinx main, I recently found out that Jinx's Flame Chomper doesn't proc the mastery Blade Weaving. Flame Chomper is a spell. When landing Flame Chomper and hitting the enemy, it should activate Blade Weaving.

1. Use a Mastery Page and create a mastery that Includes Blade Weaving.
2. Go in custom with a partner or create bots.
3. Get in game and level up E.
4. Place Flame Chomper on enemy and make them land on it.
5. See above champion's skill HUD and notice the icon to see if it appears.

Jinx's E should be activating the Blade Weaving mastery. In the past, it always will show the Blade Weaving Icon 3 times.

As you can see, the Chompers land but the Blade Weaving mastery does not appear.
