[GAMEPLAY] Ryze: buggy mouse= unclickable mini map, can't quick cast.

1. Spam spells with Ryze mid game in a team fight. (w-q-e-q- etc...) 2a) Find that I can't quick cast and that I in fact have to click on the champ to cast the spell and even then it almost never fires. 2b) The cursor is now frozen as the red cross-hair. 2c) I can't click on the mini map to change my camera location. I have to move with my mouse at the edge of the screen or press spacebar to center on champ.
2. These glitches (all of 2) last for a couple minutes and can happen multiple times in a single game.

I think maybe it has to do with clicking a ton along with spamming spells. I'm not sure though. I don't know if items have an effect. I have built him two ways in the last while that I have seen this bug: tear, roa, boots, and some third item either ludens, or glacial shroud/frozen heart. I don't know if it occurs late game because I usually end up losing because the glitch causes me to throw hard. However I have not had the problem early game in laneing phase.

If there is anything else I can do to add to this that will help let me know and I'll see what I can do! If I can figure out how to record and chop a segment to show I will, but I currently do not know how.
