LOL Isn't Letting Me Connect To a Game After Champion Select?

So this happened to me when I wanted to practice a champion in a custom game. After I picked the champion it took a few seconds to let it load. Then a screen popped out and said RECONNECT (I use the new client), I clicked it several times but nothing happened. I don't think this is my laptop's fault because it never happened before. I don't know if I crashed or it's a bug that Riot needs to fix. I tried closing my client and open it again but the game didn't exist anymore, then I tried another game, the same thing happened.

 There was also another bug I saw. I couldn't log in to my account and it told me that my password was wrong. I tried to log in to my alternative account, it also didn't work out.
 If Riot sees this please fix it.
 If it this isn't a bug, can anyone tell me how to fix it? :3 Thx.
