black screen in champion select

So when everyone accepts a match, and it moves to champion select i get a black screen, i can hear the sounds of the client and people locking in champions but i cant do anything as the screen is black and nothing works. Then i get penalised. happening for 3 days now and even after this mornings patch.

any solution???

What I have already tried.

1. restarted windows and client
2. waited for patch update (today, still not fixed)
3. client fix through league client
4. uninstall and reinstalled
5. updated windows and drivers
6. reported to riot
7. created a thread here
8. crossing fingers
