Try a clean install of Windows 10. Upgrading is always rather messy and can lead to problems. Before that make sure to backup all your data as all data will be lost otherwise. First of all I'd try reinstalling League of Legends though, maybe that'll be enough.

just installed win 10 today about as clean as it gets and tried to reinstall LOL already
