Clubs isnt able to accessed (client)

Ok so me and my friends are trying to set up a second part to our club cause we have way more ppl than we thought would be on there. so I go to put my clubs to make the part two of the club. Only to find that it is darkened and cant access it what so ever. Hope this gets a bit of attention so we can figure out if it is a problem thats been there for a while or not. thank you. very much appriciated for any help that comes my way. in the link box I'll send the link to my twitch where in the first 10 minutes or so i find the bug and write this up. should show what im dealing with.
