[CRASH] Network Warning (You have disconnected. Please check your internet connection and try again)

Every time I enter a loading screen to a game, my clients screws up and gives me a network warning. I end up crashing and it happens every game. This problem has been a ever since I've downloaded the 7.11 patch, help me!
