Draven Q Bug

So every time I play Draven My Q gets bugged. When I Have both my axes spinning and using E or Ulti while throwing an axe it bugs out. My Q is still there but you have to AA to get them spinning again. I dont have pictures but go into a practice tool and try it out. Riot PLEASE fix this bug!!
