Stuck in Lobby with my team

Me and the rest of my team are stuck in a solo queue lobby and the game hasn't started we have been "preparing ourselves" for about 5min now. Is anyone else having this problem other than the other team of course?! Is there a problem currently with starting games?

It's probably something going on with the server.
