PBE Launcher being Zoomed-in to Top Left corner

I recently applied for PBE, and I was accepted!. I was really excited to play but I was faced with a game launching bug that when I run the client. I'm prompted with 3/4 of the "Patcher has changed" window and I can't rid of it and probably can't accept the terms and conditions either. Help would be appreciated. Thank You!
