Home page loads once I enter Champ Select

So, I tested this out three different times after trying to resolve the issues with my client / computer and it turns out its just your client. I've been trying to enter queue for 3 different ranked games and I load into champ select, I can hear all the audio, yet it has me stuck on the overview on the home page and now I have a 30minute wait timer and got 3 losses during my placement series for ranked.
