Blue Essense
Once i opened my client and went to the Loot tab it said I had over 21000 blue essence, yet then the counter at the top says I just have 4000... What's going on? Cuz i feel hella cheated from my IP rune purchases.

I have yet to log on... I hope that's not the case
You need complete at least one match-made game with the new runes to get the rest. After you finish the game and get the mission head over to your loot page. There are Blue Essence Bubbles which contain the rest of your shiny blue essence.
