Game Freezing at the beginning of the game

Right after the champ load in screen when I get in game I can see the rift and the thing to level up your first ability, but it freezes up instantly. There are 2 ways I found out to play the game 1. is to sign out then sign back in, but when I start a new game I will have to repeat this (which gets me behind) 2. I reinstall the client and it works fine for a day then the next day it will continue to freeze at the start of the game.
