Kennen visual bug

While in a ranked game we couldn't see the enemy ult he would make all the sounds but non of his ult was visual to my entire team or his team the only one that proclaimed he could see it is kennen him self

Thanks for the report! We're aware of this issue and are in the process of investigating what's going on here. Unfortunately, this isn't something that has a 100% repro rate, so we're trying to track down the root cause. :c
