Rek'Sai Unbreakable Tunnel

Playing Hide and seek in a custom game on Dominion with some friends. Was playing Rek'sai and spamming tunnels when the seekers noticed that they could not break one of my tunnels. The tunnel was missing the time limit bar on how long it would be active for, was unbreakable by teammates and could not be destroyed by making more than 8 tunnels, and could be used and ulted to. Unsure of how it happened, ended up happening again that same game.
