[Client] Store Display Problem

So when I go to look at what skins I can buy the default format is release date I'm like 99% sure, with the current legacies being first. When I go to organize via champions to make my life easier, they're all black and will not load, no matter how much time I've spent with the skin store open. However, when I scroll down when I first click into the skin section, they all load, if a bit slow. The skins that loaded when I scroll down will show if I change the organization setup, but the other ones that I didn't load manually won't. It's not my internet connection. __
