What a great game

I'm not even sure if this is a bug, I was trying to get plat before tomorrow (end of season), and I love how I get stuck ON A BLACK SCREEN FOR 15 MINUTES, while i hear the soft summoner's rift music in the background, not only did this ruin my game it also ruined my chance of getting plat V, and riot doesn't care that THEY fucked up your game, when i was in this black screen, I could not ctrl +alt + delete, I couldn't take a screenshot, and I couldn't get out, I was stuck there, the reason I didn't restart automatically was because my laptop takes roughly 10-15 minutes to restart.
