7 Black Dots Appearing During Gameplay

But unfortunately, there hasn't been a fix or any replies yet as this bug is quite disturbing.
Briefly, while in game, exactly 7 black dots appear literally anywhere on the screen. More than one set of 7 black dots could appear, from what I can tell the maximum I've encountered so far is 3 sets of the 7 black dots, making a total of 21 black dots on my screen which really disturbs my game-play experience.
The bug occurs whenever I ult-tab or go check on my discord, internet browser, whatsoever and return to the game. If I don't ever leave the game the black dots wouldn't appear.
Some may argue its caused by graphics card but no it isn't. I've seen this bug happening to literally all my friends playing the game which was enough proof that the bug is from the game itself.
Regarding the solution, there's only one so far. The only way to remove the black dots is to disconnect from the game and reconnect again, which is not optimal of course and requires a lot of time.
Please find a solution to this bug as it's quite disturbing man.. those small things really frustrate me and give me the FEELS.
