RP Reset Still Broken?!

Rp reset is bugged and broken on PBE and its been a days. Knowing 8.17 comes out soon and not being able to test everything out before hard is a bummer. For alot of players they have rp and can't spend it. Is this just some players or new players? I'm pretty confused about it if its just me or something*[slayer-pantheon-popcorn]*

They have known for a long time now and even made a post about it on the PBE boards weeks ago. They said the old system doesn't work anymore so they have to make a new one from scratch.
