[Gameplay] Evelynn's Ravage improperly showing that it crits

Evelynn's E is improperly showing that it can crit. The E "crits" don't do any extra damage so it seems that it's just a visual bug, like Cait used to have on her ultimate, and it probably stems from the changes that allowed it to proc on hit effects.

Steps to reproduce

1. Pick Evelynn
2. Buy critical strike chance
3. Use Ravage on an enemy a couple of times

Reproduction rate is 100% and it seems that the strikes do not "crit" independently of each other, it's either both or none.
