League not downloading

I have tried installing league on 5 different computers. On 2 I reinstalled it and it got stuck on 243 mb. I waited it out 3 hours and I finished but the download speed dropped from 2000 kps to 0. On the other two where I am installing it new waiting it out does nothing. League just won't install. It seems I am not the only one suffering from this problem also. Please help rito I want to play your game.
