[GAMEPLAY] Minions aren't moving, no health bars, can't see my skills and can't level up

I log in normally, pick my champion and everything looks perfectly fine. Loading screen, no problem. Game starts, still everything looks cool. Once I start the laning phase .. The bug starts. I can't see my skills, and the dead minions seems to be still there .. If i level up I can't + any skills .. I also can't see where I'm going sometimes. It happened to 3 friends of mine, in Egypt. And when I contacted the Internet Provider, they checked and said there's absolutely nothing wrong from their side. Oh, and also that happened in every game I join for the past 4 days. I also got Low Priority Queue for 5 games, which I believe is completely unfair. I hope you can help me with this thing ASAP. Thank you in advance. ~ Brutalhead, EUNE.
