✅ [GAMEPLAY] Unable to choose runes and/or masteries at champ select

I'm not able to see Champions skills and abilities at the champion selection screen. This can prevent me from being able to pick the correct runes and/or masteries for the match.

In the new client while at the champion select screen there is no way to see what the champions skills and abilities are. Being a casual player and playing mostly ARAM, this is a MUST have feature, so that I know if I should run my AD or AP runes and masteries. Especially now that the legacy client is no longer accessible, this should be a priority.
