gameplay Malphite Ultimate the Glitch

When I was using malphite and I was low health, I would try to ulty out of difficult situations. But as I tried to ulty, all I heard was the out of mama noise. I had enough mama for sure but it would go off and I was not CC or silenced. This has happened twice in one game and I have not noticed it in any other game I have played malphite in.
