under 60 ping with fps into the floor

Alright this is the last chance. i give it to tomarrow before i delete league for good.

IT IS UNPLAYABLE IN THIS STATE! i used to have a solid 20-40 fps with over 200 ping in kansas on shitty satalite internet. i moved to ontario and until this last patch league ran awesome. ping was under 50 fps was riding 60 granted it was on mediem graphics but thats no problem.

NOW IM ON VERY LOW WITH ABSOLUTELY NO SOUND THE HEXTECH REPAIR TOOL CAN'T REPATCH SINCE IT JUST HAS "SOMETHING" THAT STOPS IT FROM WORKING WHEN IT TRYS TO FLUSH THE DNS. I DELETED LEAGUE AND SPENT MORE TIME REDOWNLOADING IT THAN IT TOOK WHEN I GOT IT A MONTH AGO. TOOK 45 MINUTES LAST TIME THIS TIME 2 HOURS... THE SERVERS ARE BUGGING LOG IN TAKES UPWARDS OF TEN MINUTES TO GO THROUGH. AND MY WIFE LOGS RIGHT IN NO PROBLEM NO FPS PROBLEM SAME PING. BETTER SETTING, LOWER COMPUTER. RIOT WHAT DID YOU DO? AND FOR BLAZING SAKES UNDO IT!!!!

maybe i'll get a reply this time i've put this complaint in help, i put it in the normal boards now im taking it as a bug. ran good last week, then patch broken....ran hextech fixed another patch broken AND HEXTECH REPAIR BROKEN!!!!!!

i did the fps list....nothing changed but now my game looks like crap while it's frozen in team fights and it's super quiet. maybe instead of a useless new client better fixes to current issues should have been the priority?

We spend money on this game, to have a game to play, well you got my money and the game can't play. so what do you need to fix this?
