Cassiopeia has an Invisible Slow

One of Cassiopeia's abilities that slow your enemies goes invisible after cast to your enemies making this ability very hard to dodge, almost impossible.

"Report a Bug" is a board for technical reports of problems occurring in the game. Your report is vague and does not follow the submission instructions making it completely useless.

Thank you for trying to be of assistance, but ineffectual reports such as this are only a hindrance to bug fixing efforts of Riot Games.

In the title, briefly describe the bug and tag it as either [GAMEPLAY], [CLIENT], or [CRASH] In the body of the post, include a more in-depth description of the bug you are encountering. Follow up the description of the bug with numbered step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue. Include how frequently you can get the issue to occur and any video or screenshots of the bug that might help clarify it.

The title is correct
He detailed it as much as he could if he doesn't own Cass he wouldn't know it's her (W)
Obvious to reproduce she needs to cast (W)
Perhaps he doesn't know

I can translate all of what he wrote, Riot can too. It's far from useless, he followed the guide lines the best he could.
