[GAMEPLAY] Sivir's Spellshield (E) doesn't work against Garen

Wel the title does say it all. If I use my spell shield against Garen (and some other opponents, but im not tottaly sure about that). De Shield goes away, but i still get the damage. In the game even Garen, my opponent, said that i used it on time.

So, please solve this!
