[Gameplay] Camera unlocks on champion and no fix

Hello,

Recently when I've played, something causes my camera to unlock on my champion and pressing the Y button or the camera button or next to the minimap or even exiting league does not work to fix it and still remains unlocked on my champion. So far, this has happened on 2 games I have played, one where I was Syndra and the other Azir. I believe the bug happened during mid game, at about 20+ minutes in the game. Usually, it fixes itself, however I have no idea why it is happening, and has already costed me a game.
