[GAMEPLAY] Enemy Allowed To Move Before Nautilus Root Is Over

On Nautilus, after auto attacking an enemy champion, sometimes that champion is allowed to move before the root is over. It seems very rare as I was unable to reproduce but I do have this gif of the bug occurring.
