[Client] Patch notes in a different language.

When I started up League a few minutes ago, I saw the recent patch notes 5.3 on the client window. When I clicked on it to view said notes, I was surprised to notice that I could not read them as they were written in a different language. I don't know if this is something I am doing wrong, but this has never happened before.

I have attached two pictures that show what I am talking about. I circled where I clicked to get to the patch notes.
