match making games bug

Recently I keep on getting this bug where I accept a game and then it suddenly freezes from that accept screen. So usually when 1 or 2 minute passes and an accept screen comes up, people press either accept or decline (usually accept) to go into ban pick screen right? For me sometimes the ban pick screen pops up on the background and the accept screen is left in front of it to reject me from pressing anything on the ban pick screen. I think this is a bug unless there is a problem with me computer, which I recently bought.
