Yasuo is speaking in the wrong language

In game yasuo will occasionally speak in the wrong language. I have no idea what makes it occur. It is NOT laugh/taunt/joke or any of his ability sayings. Just his idle speaking is sometimes in a foreign language. (Japanese I think based off of anime I've watched.)
