Client loading slow in other regions

I'm from the EU (Germany) and I have an EUNE and NA account because I have lots of friends from the US that I play with. I've been playing with American friends for a good year now with no problem until recently (like around last week) I can't seem to get the client to work properly

after logging in, it just goes all black and when it comes back up it says that it's trying to reconnect but when I try to log in to EUNE there doesnt seem to be a problem.

~I used the repair tool but the problem presists

~I contacted riot support on twitter for assistance and was told adjust firewall setting and change DNS none of it works

~finally I reinstalled the entire thing but it still doesnt work.

I went around EUNE forums and I see a lot of client complaints but none hardly on NA It's very weird, if anyone can help me with this issue and send suggestions. I would greatly appreciate it
