No mastery upgrade animation (BUG)

I played Urgot on patch 9.6 just the usual games i go up to mastery level 5 then at last 6 upgrade with blue essence aaaaand... nothing i only get the sound that something got added to my inventory and today i get to the big mastery 7 upgrade .... still nothing. Could i get a explenation ?
