Jinh W initial telegraph particle not matching actual hitbox all of the time

Jinh W charge particles occasionally do not match the actual targeted location. Video of incident below.

According to the W particle art, Jinh's W appeared to be out of range of the Zilean in the clip below. Additionally, the initial and final art particles showing the line of fire are significantly different, as noted by the screenshots.

It's just as bad (in fact worse) than Lux's ultimate hitbox. I have a feeling it has to do with really long range skill shots. Lux's ultimate visual is displaced to the right, so the left side of her ult does not do damage, but the right (outside the hit box) does. Jhin's appears to be reversed.
