Not Showing All Runes Owned after latest patch

After launching the alpha client & updating, I went to add some scaling ap runes to my runes page & noticed them not listed despite having them in other pages. I also removed them from my other pages & they don't appear in the runes list. I only started having this issue after patching.

I haven't gone thru all my runes to get a full list of any other runes that might not be showing. I'm currently launching the legacy client to see if the issue occurs on both. I'll edit this post once it launches & share what I find out.

Edit: After launching the legacy client, all runes properly show in the alpha client. So I'm not sure what may have caused it.
