Bug loading after Champions select

Hello, I want to resume lol and I had the surprise when I wanted to play it on my mac book air. After the selection of champions the loading screen does not appear and a disconnect button appears but it does nothing when I click disappointed. If someone has a solution I am interested because I have already tried all the solutions offered by Riot support. Thank you

I think you mean the reconnect and yes I have been dealing with this and talking to both riot and my IT department on how to resolve this.
