[GAMEPLAY] Dark Crystal Ryze skin not working properly

I Have noticed something about my recently bought Ryze Skin that is sorta bothering me!

I am not getting the animations I should be getting. Such as not having the spell icons the skin comes with! This is a link to screenshots i took of me In game with the skin and how The animations for the spells are not working properly. Click here to see what animations Im getting in game

Please fix this bug, I feel like the ability effects should be there for how much it was worth!
