Transfer fail

Hello!

ive been playing league on EUNE and my ingame name started as "nomercy23" but after a while i changed it to " Third of Arc". today i decided i wanted to transfer to EUW. I noticed fast that my name got changed back to "nomercy23" and it did not say that "third of arc" was taken in EUW or anything. i didnt even get back the 13000 blue essence requeird to change the name. Whats the problem here?
