Kennen Bug Cd on Ult

When ulting with Kennen just before he dies, kennen's R goes on cooldown. Yet, his mates can see the CD of his ult on top of the summoner's icon but Kennen can't The spell icon does not display the remaining CD and then green dot turns black without any info for Kennen.

Kennen's players will therefore be the only ones not to know when they are able to ult
