Next Game Lobby Bug Patch 6.6

Since patch 6.6 I can invite friends to a game lobby and after that game is over if I click the home button then click play to create a new game lobby I cannot invite anyone to the next game. My invite screen is blank and if I click cancel I go back to the previous game lobby which shows my friends from the previous game as being in this "ghost" lobby even though no one is actually in this lobby. To fix this I have to logout of the League client and back in to be able to invite people to the next game, or have someone else create the game. Using the Play Again button in the post game lobby seems to work as intended as well, but clicking Home then Play to create a new lobby does not work and causes this "ghost" lobby bug. I can recreate my issue by performing the following steps

1. Invite players to a 5v5 or 3v3 lobby
2. Play match
3. Click Home Button in post game lobby
4. Click Play Button
5. Try to invite same players to new game lobby
6. No players show as available
7. Click Cancel "X" Button since no players are shown to invite
8. League client now shows old game lobby with all players are being in the lobby, even though no one is actually in the lobby

I have screen shots of this issue but I don't see a way to insert them into this post. I have not created a video of the issue yet either, but could do so if need be.
