[Gameplay] Quinn UI bug

When Quinn dies in Valor form, the green indicators on her teammate's screens denoting that her ult is up stay green when they should turn black as the ult is now on cool down.

Condition:

• Quinn dies in Valor form

Symptom:

• Teammate UI's not reflecting Quinn's ult status properly

Effect:

• Teammates misinformed about ability CD status leading to miscommunication during game play

Suggested Fix:

• Check ult status on champion death to update teammate UI's
