Hexa Craft Buged for some players

Hello,I wanted to report Hexa bug,some players who dont flame wining games and cant get single key fragment,i have that problem too,i am playing 5 days league of legends wining games,and didnt got any key fragment,you cant say it is about luck, cuz i played 10 games per day /you can check my history last 4-5 days/ and didnt got any key fragment,i talked with some guys and they have that problem to,i alredy contact in support admin team,and they told me to post here,So Please riot fix that bug,or make new system like (just suggestion) when player win 5 or 15 match that get key fragment,i hope that you will fix this bug.

I've won around 20 games without getting a single key fragment. The chances of getting them are a decreasing curve, not a line, however my curve seems to have reached 0 because I've only had 9 key fragments since it came out, and now I haven't got a single one. Do not fret, the curve resets each month so by the end of April we'll be getting more key fragments again. Still pretty stupid, the curve falls down way too quickly.
