Game freezing and crashing

After last patch my game freezes every game and costs me around 3 minutes of game time. In this crash you cannot alt tab and must completely restart your cpu. Any potential solutions to this or a fix coming soon?

I am having the same problem. My screen freezes and I have to completely restart and I get leaver busters summoner 3 every time.
