[Gameplay] Azir Dominion Dash Bug

Azir is able to dash out of the dominion spawn during the countdown. Clicking anywhere to walk when once he is outside the spawn will cause him to auto-path back to the platform. It can be performed consistently and no special circumstances need to be met before the bug is possible.

Edit: Not clicking anywhere and waiting for the countdown to run down will allow Azir to then walk freely. It basically lets him get a super far lead for capping the towers.
