Lux E (Lucent Singularity) not working?

Hey guys, I just finished playing a normals game on OCE as and about 25 mins into the game my E wasn't working. I think i may have triggered it by mashing my keyboard to fast (lol) because as soon as i pretty much facerolled my keyboard my e stopped working. I moused over it to see what was happening and it said that it cost 0 mana but the picture of the skill in my little bar accross the bottom was faded and when i tried to use it, it said "you cannot cast that right now!" This continued the entire game even after i restarted the client and my computer. I also noticed that at the same time my screen displayed towers which had already been destroyed. I have no clue what happened so any help on fixing this issue or finding out what caused it would be great!
