ranked bugged out

i join a ranked match, 12 min in i get dc'ed... i alt tabbed my internet connection is fine... so i exit to reload... after exit the launcher says check stats... and im able to join another match.. The previous match isn't in my match history. so im litterally in 2 matches at once
