Im the owner of graybloodd but when i log in im on grayblood this is worrying if this could happen to other people because important credit card info could be taken.

There could be some wires crossed (may rarely happen with a name change or region transfer). Post on Help & Support and they should be able to look into this for you, and force a proper sync if needed.
well in a few months you can change your name to grayblood since he his level 1 and if im correct they have to not have played a game within 6 months for level 1-6 for the name to be aviable to other players through name change
